Re String Service
Have a well- loved beaded necklace or bracelet that needs some healing repairs? Or some loose beads from a popped necklace or bracelet that you would love recreated or used in a new design altogether? Look no further we are here to help.
Please Note: This service is for beaded jewelry ONLY. We can accommodate items needing stretch cord or wire, we cannot accommodate items needing thread, leather cord or chains.
FIRST choose what item you currently have: necklace, bracelet, or loose beads. A separate purchase will need to be made per item you want serviced.
The services offered are: Repair, Recreate, or Redesign.
Repair– This service is for items needing to be put back together, have the string or wire replaced or have a clasp reattached. Customer provides all beads, spacers, & clasp. We will just assemble back into its original design and form. We request a picture be included of what the original item looked like.
Recreate– This service is for items needing a bit more than a basic repair, needing minor additions or wanting a pattern recreation. Customer has most of the beads but may need a few stone beads added (our beads are 8mm), new spacers, a new clasp (we offer lobster clasp or toggle) and/or a new pattern. If not changing the pattern, we request a picture be included of what the original item looked like. Or if you have specific inspiration piece you would like us to model the piece after a picture of that can be included as well.
Redesign– This service is for items needing a complete redesign. Customer may only have a few beads, may want a pendant added from our inventory, add new stone beads from our inventory (our beads are 8mm) in addition to what they already have. Customer may want to provide us with their desired beads (any size) and have us create and Adassa’s Place original design. For this service we will create a new design and send you a mock- up for your approval via email. We will tweak as needed based on your feedback. Once the final design is approved, we will assemble, and your new piece will be on its way to you!
SECONDLY– Once you have chosen which service or services are right for your pieces you can go ahead and checkout. Any pertinent pictures should be emailed to adassasplaceorders@gmail.com, please include your order number in the subject line. The customer is responsible for shipping us the items needing repair at their expense to the address provided after checkout via email. Return shipping of the finished item will be on us!
Please Note: This is considered a custom order and is NON-REFUNDABLE. Processing times vary based on the scope of the service but should be no more than 7 business days. Shipping will occur AFTER processing and is not included in the previously mentioned time frame. We are not responsible for items lost in transit or sent to the wrong address due to customer error. If items are lost when the customer initially sends the item, we will of course refund the service cost. Once the final product is shipped, tracking is provided to the customer. Once in the hands of the carrier Adassa’s Place no longer assumes responsibility for that item.
